Abstract
Abstract ‘Hungarolingua’ is a monolingual language teaching series developed by the teachers of the Debrecen Summer School to teach Hungarian as a second language to both beginners and students at an intermediate level. The material is constructed using a homogeneous concept. However, it can be used for ordinary and intensive courses with a teacher's assistance or by individual learners. The author reveals her experience with teaching the material to language learners with different motivation, native language and grammatical backgrounds. It is maintained that students with linguistic interest as well as less experienced language learners will find the series useful and entertaining.
