Abstract
Based on the review and combing of the basic concepts of self-authority, this paper adopts the teaching case analysis method to show the process and practice of self-authority learning. This paper summarizes and condenses the characteristics of self-directed learning of adult learners, and puts forward some practical strategies to promote self-directed learning of adult learners.
