Abstract
Significant coronary perforations remain a rare but life-threatening complication during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Covered graft stent was used succesfully for sealing off coronary perforation (1). Although, there have been a lot of case reports about stent fracture after coronary percutaneous coronary intervention. To our knowledge, there have been not report about coronary rupture due to complete stent fracture during PCI.
