Abstract

A 30 year-old woman who was diagnosed with idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis at our hospital had frequent unstable angina episodes during her follow-up. She had a history of STEMI two months ago and coronary angiogram performed at another health-care center revealed 50% stenosis in proximal LAD, 50% stenosis in distal LAD, 40% stenosis in Cx, 70% stenosis in RCA and medical follow-up was suggested. Echocardiography at our hospital revealed hypokinesia in basal and middle portions of the septum with EF of 51%.
