Abstract

Brachial plexus injury is rare after open heart surgery and causes complaints ranging from sensory deficits to muscle loss. We published a case of brachial plexus injury after open heart surgery, in which we applied lidocaine and triamcinolone acetonide injection to the surrounding tissue of the brachial plexus.
