Abstract

A B S T R A C T S versus 10.80 7.04 mmol/L; p1⁄40.477, respectively). ROCcurve analysis revealed that thiol levels over 260 mmol/L predicted ACS with 65% sensitivity and 62% specificity (area under the curve1⁄40.702; 95% CI 0.626-0.778). Conclusions: These findings indicate that SH and SHHS level decrease in patients with ACS and SA. Decreased SH and SHHS level may be related with pathogenesis of coronary atherosclerosis.
