Abstract
In this interview, internationally acclaimed queer performance artist Jess Dobkin sits down with fellow Aquarian Benjamin Gillespie to talk about turning 50, her yet-to-be-seen retrospective exhibition in Toronto, and new ideas about art and performance that have emerged during the pandemic pause. In this conversation, Dobkin provides enlightening and often humorous insights on art, life, and the power of creativity in dark times.
