Abstract
We examine the effect produced by the variation of parameters of the cosmological model on the power spectrum of one-dimensional cross-sections of the cosmic microwave background maps. We also investigate the possibility of determining these parameters in the analysis of one-dimensional data. The features of the component separation procedure, leading to additional restrictions on the accuracy of reconstruction of the original spectrum are discussed. When the low harmonics remain in the map, the power spectrum of a one-dimensional cross-section is poorly sensitive to the variations of a number of cosmological parameters. Still, the analysis of one-dimensional data could be useful in the search and study of anomalous effects.
