Abstract

A mathematical model which is based on fuzzy chance-constrained programming is deduced in this paper. The model characterizes as the uncertain elements analysis in radar network power optimization problem. Credibility theory is adopted to describe the uncertain variable in the optimization model. Aiming at maximizing mutual information (MI), we provide the reasonable power optimization under the condition of the total power is limited. At last, the hybrid intelligent algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is put forward to solve this model. And the robust power allocation can be derived.
