Abstract

The constructions and features of operation for new electric machine - compatible motor-transformer aggregates (MTA) are considered. Induction motors of these aggregates are intended for operation in hermetic plants with extreme conditions surrounding gas, steam-to-gas and liquid environment at a high temperature (to several hundred of degrees). Main objective of spent researches is the substantiation of possibility reliable and effective electric power transform with electric machine means directly in hermetic objects with extreme conditions environment by means of new MTA. Modeling of parameters MTA with usage of computer program circuitry simulation NI Multisim has been made. The analysis of characteristics MTA in various operating modes of the electric motor has been carried out and its basic indicators are presented. As a result of the execution of works, statement about more effective and reliable transformation of energy of a magnetic field to active volume of motor part MTA in comparison with existing electric machine converters is theoretically proved and experimentally checked.
