Abstract

Anti-jamming performance is one of the challenging problems for MIMO radar. In this paper, the power allocation strategy for MIMO radar is considered in the presence of a smart jammer, who can quickly learn the transmission power of the MIMO radar and adaptively adjust its power allocation strategy to maximize the damaging effect. This problem is modelled as a Stackelberg game, where the MIMO radar is the leader and the jammer is the follower. Using minimum mean square error (MMSE) as the utility function, the optimal power allocation strategy for MIMO radar at the Stackelberg Equilibrium (SE) is obtained. Simulation results show the effectiveness of our method.
