Abstract
Des expériences destinées à identifier les produits qui, dans l’odeur animale, sont attractifs pour Glossina tachinoides ont été entreprises par le CRTA de Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. Des dérivés phénoliques ont partiellement simulé l’effet de l’odeur de bovin. L’adjonction d’octenol, pourtant inefficace seul, a potentialisé ce pouvoir attractif. Cela permet d’espérer, à moyen terme, la possibilité d’utiliser le piégeage avec attractif pour les glossines riveraines.
