Pott’s puffy tumor is a subperiosteal abscess due to frontal osteomyelitis. It may occur in the setting of a local trauma or as a rare complication of frontal/ethmoid sinusitis. We report the case of a 14-year-old boy, with no particular history and no recent trauma, who was admitted for headaches associated with a frontal and orbital swelling of inflammatory appearance.
