Abstract
Abstract Concern regarding environmental pollution, depleting fossil fuel reserves, increased global warming has led to the surge in the research on replacing synthetic fibers with natural fibers. A lot of effort is concentrated towards the creation of new green composites that are capable of exhibiting similar performance characteristics to that composite produced from synthetic fibers. The utilization of these green composites for a variety of industrial applications span over many diversified sectors ranging from automotive, sports, electronics, energy...etc. This utilization of natural fiber composites for different uses has seen a study growth in recent times. In this paper, a review has been presented on the present-day applications of the natural fiber composite materials in different industrial sectors along with some information on the future scope of research
