Abstract
From our short experience of this form of treatment, and despite the relatively few patients who give their complete co-operation it has been the impression throughout the hospital that the response to postural rest far outweighs that of ordinary bed rest and appears to deserve more wholehearted approval and aclaim than any other single method of treatment.
