Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Posttransplant lymphoproliferative disease (PTLD) is an important source of morbidity and mortality in transplant recipients. Risk factors are thought to include immunosuppressive agents and viral infection. This study was designed to evaluate the impact of different immunosuppressive agents, ganciclovir and calcium channel blocker use in the development of PTLD.
