Postsurgical Stability of Conservative Condylectomy for Treatment of Osteochondroma of the Mandibular Condyle

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the stability of the conservative condylectomy technique and articular disc repositioning as the surgical treatment approach for management of mandibular condylar osteochondroma, with appropriate orthognathic surgery to achieve the best functional and esthetic outcomes.
