Abstract
This is a case of polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP), also known as pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy. Our patient was characterized by an eruption occurring one week after delivery. Her postpartum PEP was strikingly localized on striae distensae.
