Abstract

Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is an heterogeneous syndrome with the neurologic symptoms of hypertensive encephalopathy. In the majority of cases has typical MRI radiological landmark corresponding to edema that is classically parieto-occipital. Rare are the form with spinal cord involvement (PRES-SCI).
