Comment A 45-year-old woman was referred to the Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar, Pakistan, in October 1972 for evaluation of an abnormal chest roentgenogram (Fig 1). The film was taken because of vague chest pains. A Casoni test for hydatid disease was negative.
