Abstract

ABSTRACTThe prevalence of posterior glenohumeral instability has been estimated to occur in up to 5% of all patients who present with shoulder instability. However, there has been a heightened awareness of this disorder with improvements in physical examination, imaging, and the use of arthroscopy.
