Abstract

Orthognathic setback surgery has a risk to induce postoperative obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). To investigate the risk, postoperative changes of the pharyngeal airway space (PAS) and sleep quality were assessed by cephalometric analysis and polysomnography.
