Abstract

This video is meant to demonstrate the use of MIS to address a known serious complication of laparoscopic surgery, uretero-vaginal fistula after total laparoscopic hysterectomy. In this case a uretero-vaginal fistula and SUI are treated by Robotic ureteral dissection, bladder mobilization, ureteral reimplantation and then a Robotic Burch bladder neck retropubic urethropexy. Because of the need to fully mobilize the bladder, visualization of anatomic land marks is excellent and demonstrated in this video abstract.
