Abstract
Post malaria neurological syndrome (PMNS) is a rare neurological complication occurring after malaria treatment, and manifests by neuropsychiatric symptoms. We report the first reported case in a Cameroonian child who presented with this syndrome, following severe Plasmodium falciparum malaria . The outcome was favorable.
