Abstract
Otorhinolaryngology (ORL) plays a crucial role in healthcare addressing variety of conditions affecting head and neck. Globally, various postgraduate training programs are in vogue for ORL training aimed for patient and population needs. Like other countries, in Pakistan, the quality of postgraduate training of ORL significantly impacts the standard of patient care services. The perception of postgraduate trainees about satisfactory learning and evaluation process has significant impact on achieving goals.
