Abstract

COVID-19 has influenced the way people work, study, and live. Online education has gone under paradigm shift during pandemic times. The focus of research has been to find out factors of perception of students about online education which is a critical component for a sustainable development goal. Exploratory and descriptive research design has been used to find out factors of online education post COVID-19 with a sample size of 238 respondents in the Delhi and NCR region with online survey using Likert scale. The perception of students about online education can be understood through following significant factors such as convenience and useful technical features, easy access and learning retention, cost effective multiple tasking platform, role of instructor, and engagements. Scope is limited to education sector focuses primarily of North India only. The cross-sectional manner of online data collection prevents the tracking of changes in the perception of students over time.
