Abstract

Because of the potential impact of the pandemic in 2020, many businesses have recognized the importance of incorporating digital transformation into their operations. This paper investigates the significance of digital transformation, and how it can be used to improve student satisfaction.Through SPSS 21.0 data analysis, this study discussed whether there is a moderating effect of digital vision between corporate image, service level, facility completeness, instructor quality, course schedule, and student satisfaction in driving schools. The results show that digital vision had a significant positive moderating effect between the corporate image of perceived services, service level, course schedule, and participant satisfaction, but no significant moderating effect between facility adequacy, instructor quality, and participant satisfaction. Additionally, the findings provide driving school owners with useful data that enables them to demonstrate the value of digital transformation to their organizations. Driving schools will be able to enhance their operational capabilities and quicken their development in the post-COVID era using this study
