Abstract

Using the triple Regge formalism for the sum over intermediate states it is shown that the Reggeon-Pomeron cut inherits the Regge pole. This pole dominance of the cut is experimentally verified for non-Pomeron exchanges involving vector and tensor trajectories. Consequences of t-channel unitarity are discussed.
