Abstract

We study the detection at the Fermilab Tevatron of a new charged vector boson (${W}^{\ensuremath{'}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$), which arises in the framework of composite models. We find that the decay ${W}^{\ensuremath{'}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}{W}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ can be used to detect the ${W}^{\ensuremath{'}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$ boson, with a maximum mass of about 800 GeV, for certain values of parameters, which will cover almost the full range of mass allowed in the model.
