Abstract
This commentary offers a critical and personal perspective on Adams-Price and Morse’s “Creativity, aging, context and culture: Reimagining creativity in everyday life in older adults.” The commentary provides a close reading of the authors’ premise which argues for bridging creativity theory and research on creative aging. The commentary also suggests next steps, emphasizing the need to engage with contemporary issues of privilege and discrimination.
