POSITIVE STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAM RESULTING IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF AN INTERARTERIAL ANOMALOUS RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY

Abstract

Anomalous aortic origin of a coronary artery (AAOCA) occurs in approximately 1% of coronary angiograms. Clinical manifestations include Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD) as well as ischemia and arrhythmias, especially during exercise and in those with an interarterial course between the aorta and the
