Abstract
Amblyopia is a condition that results in a reduction of visual acuity and lack of depth perception (stereoacuity) despite normal eye structure and affects ∼1-5% of the population. This work’s aim was to create a COA measurement strategy for upcoming performance clinical trials for a novel binocular digital therapeutic for treating amblyopia, by conducting a targeted qualitative literature review and critical instrument review.
