Abstract

Previous research has assessed student pharmacists’ perspectives of working as part of a quality improvement team, however, the psychometric properties of instruments used to capture this data have not been well-assessed. This study aimed to measure the reliability and validity of an instrument designed to assess student pharmacists' experiences of teamwork in a quality improvement (QI) class at one college of pharmacy in the United States.
