Abstract

COVID-19 infection is as a global pandemic which is associated with a variety of clinical spectrum including acute kidney injury (AKI). The devastating outcome of AKI in COVID-19 patients will lead to a new subgroup of population with kidney diseases. AKI also has been reported to be strongly associated with mortality of COVID-19 hospitalised patients.
