Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignancy in end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) from acquired cystic kidney disease (ACKD). With a net state of immunosuppression, kidney transplant recipients (KTR) are even at higher risk for RCC; however, RCC in the kidney allograft is uncommon unless it results from donor-derived disease. We report a case of old-aged woman with kidney allograft masses at the very late post-transplant period. Explanted transplant allograft revealed RCC.
