Abstract

Graft rejection is an important cause of renal allograft dysfunction and requires antirejection therapy (ART) for its reversal. However, it is associated with risk of over-immunosuppression, which is often underestimated against improved graft outcome. In this study we aim to assess the complications attributed to ART in a cohort of renal allograft recipients (RAR) out of hospital based renal transplant registry (RTR).
