Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death of hemodialysis patients. USRDS suggests that cardiovascular events, especially arrhythmia and cardiac arrest account for more than 1 / 3 of hemodialysis patients. Hyperkalemia is an important and intervenable factor of cardiac arrest. At present, there is a lack of epidemiological data on hyperkalemia in hemodialysis patients in China, especially in the western region. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the prevalence and time variations of hyperkalemia, as well as the detection rate of hyperkalemia with different detection times, to provides an important reference for the prevention, treatment and research of hyperkalemia.
