Abstract

chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global public health problem which has received increased attention. However, disruption of normal mineral homeostasis is major characteristics in patients with CKD leading to mineral and bone disorders (MBD). Currently, CKD-MBD available experimental animal models and bone lesion data have limitations indeed.
