Abstract

Chronic renal failure is a disease that seriously endangers public health. According to surveys, about 10.8% of people in our country suffer from chronic kidney disease, and about 2% of people develop end-stage renal disease. Although hemodialysis can prolong the life of patients with chronic kidney disease, but hemodialysis can cause many complications, such as calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders and secondary severe hyperparathyroidism and it can increase the risk of cardiovascular death in CKD patients.
