Abstract
Blastomyces dermatidis is an endemic fungus often seen in parts of the midwestern and south-central United States and Canada.Blastomycosis is an indolent systemic pyogranulomatous disease usually remains localised to the lungs, 25%–40% of those infected will develop extra-pulmonary infection manifested by cutaneous, osteoarticular, genitourinary (prostate and epididymis are commonly involved), or CNS disease in the decreasing order of involvement. Here we are presenting a rare case of disseminated blastomycosis with involvement of bilateral kidneys from India.
