Abstract
Abstract After Le Mauvais AE (1987), Marie-Francoise Plissart's photographic work branched out into different spheres with the emphasis on a return to pure photography, tackling issues which had been left unresolved by previous narrative constraints. Her major preoccupations are now centred around photographic material, the innate power of the unique moment and the tension between contrived images and chance happenings.
