Abstract

Based on evolutionary game theory (EGT), a tripartite evolutionary game model of port ecological construction under reward and punishment mechanism and public supervision is constructed. The purpose of the building model is to improve the regional port economy’s sustainable development and build a new development pattern of international and domestic dual cycles connected by ports. From the model calculation and software simulation, it can be seen that when the stable equilibrium conditions of the evolutionary game are different, so are the final choice strategies of the three parties of the port ecological construction game. Conditional on the determined parameters, the results of the evolutionary strategies of the game parties are not related to the size of the initial value. Therefore, it is beneficial to improve the regulatory system, costs, and policies of ports, as well as social monitoring procedures, to form the best development model for port ecological construction.
