Abstract

Herein, a porous copper-ceria catalyst has been prepared by using the porous organic polymer-templated method. It shows a remarkable surface area (247 m2 g−1), a high pore volume (0.48 cm3 g−1), a high concentration of highly dispersed copper oxide on the ceria surface with copper content of up to 30% (molar ratio of metals) and excellent activity for CO oxidation.
