Abstract
It's shown that SLM technology can produce test samples prototyping building units for construction use on the Moon from specially prepared powder compositions of gabbro-diabase simulating lunar regolith. Fabricated samples with characteristic dimensions of 5 × 6 × 7 mm3 have rather high compressive strength of 17–20 MPa with porosity of 33–39 %.
