Abstract

A 68-year-old woman presented to the Family Medicine Skin Clinic for evaluation of a rash behind her knees that had persisted for a year. Past medical history included onychomycosis of the toenail, for which she had been taking oral terbinafine for 1 month, as well as treated hypothyroidism. She reported no alleviating or exacerbating factors and noted that she had showered just prior to her visit. Physical exam revealed bilateral erythematous popliteal plaques with scale at the borders.What’s your diagnosis?
