Abstract

To the Editor: Eccrine carcinomas (ECs) are rare sweat gland tumors with increasing incidence.1 While 10-year survival rates are estimated to be 61%, disease-specific death (DSD) is only 3%.2 There are few published cohort studies evaluating risk factors associated with poor outcomes.2 This is the first cohort study to examine which histological factors are associated with an increased risk for poor outcomes in EC.
