Abstract

Abstract With the continuous maturity of the technology in the home network, the home network is developing towards intelligence, high-speed, sharing, remote and networking, especially the driving of multimedia services such as high-definition video, interactive games, and the development of intelligent terminals. The working frequency of access in the home network is gradually changing to the millimeter band, and 60 GHz in the millimeter band is considered to be a promising indoor high-speed access frequency band in the future. However, due to the small coverage and large transmission loss of millimeter wave, it can only meet the communication between terminals in a room. In order to meet the demand that users in the home network can access the network from any room for communication, researchers propose to use optical fiber to transmit wireless signals, which not only has low loss and large capacity, but also can transmit to any distance. PON technology has the advantages of high bandwidth, low loss, and easy maintenance. It requires a home network of PON and millimeter wave integrated access with the millimeter wave integrated network with high bandwidth, flexibility and strong penetration to meet the needs of high bandwidth, high flexibility and low loss of home network access. Therefore, it is necessary to study the home network scheme of PON and millimeter wave integrated access.
