Abstract
The 500kDa protein plectin is essential for the cytoskeletal organization of most mammalian cells and it is up-regulated in some types of cancer. Here, we report nearly complete sequence-specific polypeptide backbone, (13)C(β) and methyl group resonance assignments for 24kDa human plectin(4403-4606) containing the C-terminal plectin repeat domain 6.
