Abstract

The two new sodium coordination polymers [NaL]n (1Na) and [NaL·2.5H2O]n (2Na) on the base of carbacylamidophosphate type ligand diphenyl-N-trichloroacetylamidophosphate (HL, CCl3C(O)N(H)P(O)[OC6H5]2) and the two series of new lanthanide tris- and anionic tetrakis-complexes of general formulas [Ln(L)3phen] (1Ln; Ln3+ = La, Nd, Eu, Tb; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), PPh4[Ln(L)4] (2Ln; Ln3+ = La, Nd, Eu, Tb) are reported. The obtained compounds' structural, spectroscopic, and thermal properties are discussed in detail based on X-ray diffraction data with shapes of polyhedra analysis, IR, 1H NMR, absorption and luminescence spectroscopy, and thermal gravimetric analysis.
