Abstract
The Association of active lupus erythematosus with severe thyrotoxicosis and autoimmune diabetes is uncommon, even if thyroid abnormalities are sometimes reported among patients with lupus. In the case report, the investigation of HLA Dr related susceptibility for autoimmune diseases was negative.
